Proctor Passages

Two messages from the Rev. Philip Proctor:

Wednesday, 30 June 2010

Dear friends and family;

Meredith’s surgery went far better than expected this morning. She is in her room recovering. The surgeon said that he believes the cancer issues have been completely and fully addressed. We’ll know more on Friday when the lab tests come back in, but at this point, it seems that treatment is finished and all that is in front of us is recovery.

We are so thankful to our gracious Lord for His kind providence, and are deeply thankful for each of your prayers.

Yours in Christ,

Dear praying brothers and sisters;

I just brought Meredith home from the hospital (Saturday at 3:00pm), and the only follow-up she needs is within the next 10 days to get her stitches out.

She’s obviously very sore, but in excellent spirits. We’re looking forward to a quick recovery and then a time of visiting the congregations and informing them of God’s working in Uganda.

Thank you for your prayers,
